Pool-based coaching sessions

We offer a range of pool-based swimming sessions for groups and individuals.

Group sessions are a great way to improve in a supportive and social environment and can provide the motivation that is often lacking from individual swimming practice. The sessions that we run cater for a range of swimming abilities, from social swimmers to competitive swimmers and triathletes.

The group sessions are designed to be a mixture of physical workout and technical input, with the aim to improve both swimming fitness and technique. We run several sessions during the week, so hopefully there is a session that suits your availability; and there is no need to book in advance.

If you feel that you may require more individual assistance, maybe because you have a particular competitive aim or just prefer to learn alone, we also offer flexible one-to-one coaching. Sessions can be arranged to fit around the clients schedule and tailored towards their specific requirements.
