Pool-based group sessions
We currently run 4 weekly group training sessions on different days and locations (see below). These are aimed at competent swimmers and triathletes looking for structured, coached sessions to improve fitness, speed, technique and confidence.
Individual sessions vary, but generally are a combination of workout and technical focus, with the aim of improving various aspects of swimming proficiency. Individuals may swim between 1500-3000m during the hour-long session, dependent on ability and specifics of the set, so we recommend that new swimmers should be comfortable swimming front-crawl continuously, for at least 400m.
These sessions are drop-in sessions and can be attended flexibly; no membership or prior booking is required. Payment can be made on a session-by-session basis at the venue; however, a 10-session pass can be purchased at a reduced rate below or at the venue.

Time: Monday (19:00-20:00), Tuesday & Thursday (06:00-07:00) and
Saturday (08:00-09:00)
Cost: £5:00 per session or £45:00 per 10 session card
